ESG research manager - business development

Job description
Label R provides private equity fund managers a tool to assess their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risks, coupled with good business ethics and anti-money laundering aspects. We are looking for a motivated researcher manager with a strong interest in ESG issues to join our team. 

Role and responsibilities

• Build, document and maintain our research framework and models based on current standards, norms and regulations

• Update and maintain our ESG methodology for scoring, benchmarking and reporting ESG performance

• Get involved in the business development process - be able to see the bigger picture of the project

• Engage in dialogue with various stakeholders ( regulators, customers, partners, investors) 

Ideal candidate

• 1-3 years of related experience (responsible investment (RI), corporate social responsibility (CSR), ESG) 

• Experience working in private equity

• Proficiency in French

• Prior experience in a hard-deadline environment

Minimum requirements

• Academic background (master’s degree) in relevant field

• Proficiency in English, good research/analysis and writing skills 

• Highly motivated and very autonomous, comfortable in juggling priorities and managing time 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
